On August 16, from 1:00 p.m. till dusk we had a great church picnic at Earl Lake Park. There was
a cook-out at 5:00 p.m. with everyone bringing a favorite covered dish or a dessert to share. Mike Baker and Wayne
Black were great grill chefs! Before eating you could fish, play volleyball, swim in the pool, play horseshoes,
cornhole, or just enjoy some wonderful fellowship. Following dinner we had a worship/vespers service.
