Mission Outreach:
As a church we financially support Disciples regional and general ministries, Week of Compassion
disaster and longer term relief ministry, Church World Service, Salvation Army food offerings and back to school supply collection,
and Faith in Action of Western Stark County (Volunteer ministry to elderly and disabled in their homes).
We’ve also begun a local mission outreach with area group homes for persons with disabilities.
We also enjoy participation in the holiday parade and downtown Summer Kids Fest.

Busy Hands (Woman’s outreach ministry)
Each Monday at 7:00 PM
3rd Tuesday 9:00-11:00 AM
This exciting ministry is a combination of fellowship, food for thought from the Bible, and sewing,
crocheting, and knitting. Projects are donated to area agencies and schools in need. Example projects include: totes, scarves,
hats, lap blankets for elderly, and others. Those who want to learn to sew, crochet, etc. are welcome as well as organizers
and community communicators are needed. Contact Genevieve Zavasky for more questions.

“Youth to the Rescue”
Our youth help with fall clean up and leaf removal for senior members of the church. Contact
the office or Sonja Dulabahn if you need there help.

Yearly Mission trip
Available to both youth and adults. In the past we have worked with the Rural Appalachian Housing
Development, and Stark County’s Hammer’s and Nails outreach ministry. Watch your calendars and please support
our fundraisers to support these powerful yearly hands on ministry.

Fellowship Hall Charitable events
Our fellowship has been the sight for several fundraising dinners over the past years for groups
like Hospice of Stark County, Habitat for Humanity, and Faith in Action of Stark County. We’ve also been the host church
for several benefit dinners for persons with major medical and or financial need. To inquire about special events call the
office at (330) 833-8559.
Please join us as we seek, share and serve the Lord together.
